![]() The city surges up, the countryside disappears. In many places, nature blooms. However, from within the green, the deep threatening hum of the city can already be heard. In this borderland lies Outpost. Outpost is a hunting cabin, annexed by the city. Sprayed in urban colours and provided with sampled noises of the metropolis. A hideaway for the city dweller, lost in the country and the accompanying forest. Yet, also a opportunity to observe that strange countryside from a safe and protected position. At the same time, Outpost is a warning to the countryman (and the policy-maker) to be careful with the last places of peace and quiet. A calling to defend them from the ever-growing urbanization. The pieces are placed by graffiti-artist Decibel (Daniel Bruins). » [ O n l o c a t i o n ] « [ B a c k ] |
